SCHEDULE ‘B’

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: RULES

1. This promotional competition (“Competition”) is run by CJR Gift Sales Proprietary Limited (“Promoter”) and is open to all persons who have legally purchased any Daniel Klein watch (“Product” or “Products”) from the Promoter’s Stores referred to in 4 below; who are above the age of 18; and who are resident in the Republic of South Africa. The Competition is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants of Daniel Klein and/or the Promoter (and their immediate families, including spouses, life partners, parents, children and siblings).

2. These rules may be amended by the Promoter without notice at any time during the Competition and will be interpreted by the Promoter only.

3. This Competition will commence on 8 July 2019 and will end on 24 December 2019 (“the Closing Date”), both dates inclusive. All entries, fully completed as required, must be received by the Promoter before 23H59 on the Closing Date.

4. The stores that will be included in the promotion are listed on the promotional website www.danielkleinwatches.co.za

5. Participation by all entrants (“Participants”) constitutes acceptance of these rules.

6. The prizes are as follows:

• First Prize: a discount of 35% on customers next watch purchase

• Second Prize: a discount of 25% on the customers next watch purchase

• Third Prize: a discount of 15% on the customers next watch purchase

7. In order to enter the Competition, Participants must purchase any of the Products from one of the Stores referred to in paragraph 4 above and receive a scratch card (“the Entry Form”). Participants must then scratch out the single blanked out circle contained on the scratch card to reveal if they have won either the First, Second, or Third Prize.

8. The scratch cards are arranged randomly before being handed to a Participant.

9. The Prizes will be awarded as follows:

• First Prize: the single field contain the discount figure as 6.1

• Second Prize: the single field contain the discount figure as 6.2
• Third Prize: the single field contain the discount figure as 6.3

10. In order to claim the First Prize , Second Prize or Third Prize the Participant must retain their original proof of purchase and the winning card and present them to the cashier at the store when purchasing their next Daniel Klein watch

11. In order to claim the Third Prize, the Participant must present the original proof of purchase and Entry Form to the cashier at the Store where the Product was purchased.

12. All winning cards are redeemable at all Stores nationwide (excluding outlet stores), cannot be redeemed online . This voucher may be used in whole and/or part payment for Daniel Klein products.

• This voucher cannot be partially of fully exchanged for cash and no change may be given.
• This voucher cannot be reimbursed nor replaced in case of loss, deterioration, damage or after the given expiry date.
• This voucher is valid for one purchase only and valid until 24^th December 2019

13. Daniel Klein and the Promoter will not be liable to any Participant for any losses, damages and/or claims of any nature in connection with this Competition or resulting from the acceptance, possession or use of any of the Prizes including, without limiting the generality of the above, personal injuries, death, damage to property, deformation or invasion to privacy.

14. In entering the Competition, the Participant agrees and grants, without compensation, the Promoter authority to use the Participant’s name photo and likeness in any advertising or promotional material, whether for this promotion or any future promotion. The Promoter will, however, specifically request this authority from the Participant if, or when, it is required.

15. In the event that a change in legislation requires, for any reason the Promoter to either terminate this Competition or to amend its rules, the Promoter shall be entitled to do so. In the event that this Competition is terminated pursuant to such change in legislation, all Participants agree to waive any right that they may have in terms of this Competition and the Participant will have no claim against the Promoter or its agents and/or associates.

16. Any failure to comply with any part of these rules will result in the Participant being disqualified. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Participant that it suspects may have committed fraud, or be cheating, in relation to this Competition.

17. No prize will be awarded should the Entry Form not have a proof of purchase attached to it indicating purchase of the corresponding Product.

18. The Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

19. Unclear, illegible or entries with errors will, at the opinion of the Promoter, be declared invalid.

20. The right to authorise an admission into this Competition is reserved, and lies solely with, the Promoter.

21. Decisions by the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered in to.

22. This Competition and its rules will be governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa regardless of where the Participant lives, works or where or how the Participant enters.
